Vomit through nose , how do I get rid of the smell😭

Holy mother of OW. I’m nearly 8 weeks pregnant and have been severely nauseas and occasional throwing up (although constantly dry heaving) and I threw up and it just poured out my nose and oh my goodness , it BURNSS!!! Is that normal? How can I get rid of this burning / smell? Thanks ladies x

Do you have a nasal spray? Just check it’s pregnancy friendly- thinking more the saline ones than sudafed.

If you've got a neti pot you could do a nasal rinse! Or some kind of squeezy sports bottle would also work.

Omg this is the worst thing. You have to sort of snort it up your nose and then spit it out.
