So on the 12th July I was 9DPO and I went to the toilet and I had red blood spots when I wiped , went to the toilet again an hour after and it was brown spotting so I'm wondering if this could be implantation , I'm currently 11dpo and I have negative tests could I still be pregnant

Could be, unfortunately there's no way to tell apart from testing again in a few days, or seeing if your period starts.
