Upper back ache 6 weeks pregnant w/ discharge

I’m 6 weeks pregnant (second pregnancy) so far, symptoms have been very different to 1st pregnancy. I had a scan at EPU following some brown discharge & back ache where they could see a yolk sack but no baby (explained these findings are normal between 5-6weeks) I have a private scan booked at 8 weeks but the last few days I have still
experienced brown/orange/pink discharge when I wipe ( I really have to wipe to find it) it could be down to sex & transvaginal scan irritating my cervix but I just can’t help but worry.

my back aches where my bra strap sits, like a winded feeling. I’m quite gassy.

i guess I’m just looking for some reassurance

It's so hard to know.
I had a missed miscarriage with no symptoms of loss.
I had a successful pregnancy with lots of pink & brown spotting between 5 & 12 weeks.
Was the pain in that location when you were seen?

By the way, I'm sorry I didn't acknowledge the worrying. I know it's so hard to wait and want to know 😢
If you feel unwell or the pain gets worse perhaps seek some medical advice. Otherwise it's a waiting game... agonising one 🌺
