V.early pregnancy, watery brown discharge - what now?

Tested positive on Tuesday. Based on date of last period I’m only around 4w5. Just been to the toilet and when I wiped there was watery brown discharge.

What should I do? It’s so early that I’m pretty sure there’s no medical intervention. Would doing a test show if I’m still pregnant? But then it’s so early that I’m worried that hcg levels would still be fluctuating anyway, especially as it wouldn’t be my first wee of the day. Do I just sit it out and see what happens? I’m not good at not doing something. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It's likely to be implantation bleeding which is normal.

Brown usually means old blood, likely from implantation.

I had this and it was pretty heavy brown blood with my ds and all was fine. I also had crampy pains like af about to start.

Thanks for your responses. It got heavier and redder so I’m guessing it was a chemical pregnancy
