Clary sage oil and vbac?

Hey guys, I’m currently 38 weeks pregnant and have been doing a few things to help labor naturally start, such as walking, bouncing on my exercise ball, eating dates and pineapple, that’s it tbh. Baby is engaged now since a few days but I was wondering if it’s ok to use clary sage oil if I want to try for a VBAC? I wouldn’t use it just yet as I’m only 38 weeks, but maybe after a week or so if I haven’t gone into labor naturally? Only if it’s completely ok to do so, though, of course!

And did anyone manage to start their labor naturally? If so, how?

Not recommended if you've previously had a C-section!

I practically drowned myself in the stuff during both pregnancies (one being a vbac), it did F all.

I was sniffing it/bathing in it like it was going out of fashion for my planned VBAC - sadly it didn’t do anything!
