Hey! I know I'm still very early. I'm currently 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant with no symptoms and I found out by accident. I have wanted nothing more than to have a family and after years of trying this is my first positive! I am full of of anxiety that I'm going to mimiscarry. Is it normal to not feel pregnant? What does it feel like? How can I manage my anxiety with this? Thank you

Congratulations on your pregnancy. Every woman is different but I find I don't get any definite symptoms until around 7 weeks.

Congratulations! I didn't have any symptoms with any of mine until they started kicking and then just a bit of heartburn towards the end.

Congrats! My symptoms started bang on six weeks with sickness (and never stopped).

Congratulations! It's very common not to have symptoms yet. A lot tend to hit around 7 weeks, and even then some women don't get any at all.

I know the anxiety is a lot. My best advice would be to take each day at a time and focus on the next small milestone (each scan, appointment etc). It is painful but the time will pass x

Congrats on the pregnancy! My symptoms started around 6/7 weeks, the nausea started and didn't stop till 18 weeks so enjoy feeling normal for a few more weeks before you spend 30 weeks feeling sick, tired & emotional 😅
