I took a digtal as um one day late and it came not pregnant but come up with the weeks 2.3/3+ but when I opened it it had two lines on one strip and one line and a fait on the ofter strip

I went doctors today and they doing bloods and tonight I took ovulation test to see what it says and it come back postive even though my period is two days late ive look up amd keep getting different answers
