Pregnancy wreaking havoc with stomach

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else might have experienced similar?
I'm 18 weeks pregnant and really struggling to eat anything.
Pretty much every single thing I eat causes stomach pain and cramps, bad bloating and generally bad indigestion. It’s not heartburn as such, just really awful stomach pain. Anything is setting it off, even hot and cold drinks. I’ve always struggled with a temperamental digestive system and I am a coeliac, but it’s never been like this!
I struggled with sickness in the first trimester and as soon as that’s gone, I now can’t eat because of this - it’s making me pretty miserable and it’s totally ruining all food/eating for me.
Yesterday all I could really stomach was a small bowl of cereal, a banana and a boiled egg.
I’m also feeling generally beyond exhausted but I imagine that is likely due to the eating issue.
Has anyone else experienced similar? I really hope it’s temporary and passes soon 🤞 thank you so much in advance.

I do get a touch of reflux too but I'm like this and finding omperazole and my antiemetics helpful

Thank you so much :) I might double check with my GP and ask about omeperazole etc. Sorry to hear you’re also suffering - it’s horrible!

Hope your GP can help . It would be worth getting your blood pressure and bloods B12 checked too. Ginger tea and a plain digestive biscuit might also lighten the symptoms before you get up.
