HI I keep on getting this weird dropping feeling in the bottom of my belly:- and then it feels like theres a sort of pressure really low down. It only lasts about 20 seconds, what is this?

I could make it up but the honest answer is that I don't know. But I had it and I used to walk around terrified that dd was going to drop out (if only!). I had it all the time though.

Hi Eyeballs, it wasnt a sign of labour was it?

Hi Tess, i had that too from around 32 weeks with DD2 and DD3 . I never did find out what it was but it was a bit scary as you really think they are going to drop out! I was huge tho and just wondered if they just didnt have enoug room. Was all ok tho.

Hi Tess, no it wasn't labour but it was very weird. It felt sort of heavy and sloshy, like water... Sorry, bad description but it was very odd. Had it from about 32 weeks up till D Day (was induced on due date).

ok thanks both, feeling a bit better now. Sloshy was a good description

Sloshy is just the right description!
