Tinzaparin blood thinners & apsirin

Helllooo,

ive started injecting tinzaparin tonight and ive been taking aspirin since 12 weeks. Does anybody know if i just stop completely with the blood thinners once the baby is born or do I have to ease off them? Thanks!

If you end up having a section you carry on with the tinzaparin for a while afterwards, aspirin stopped straight away (at least that’s how it was for me last time). Can’t advise for a vaginal birth though.
