First pregnancy after miscarriage

I am 6 weeks today, I believe I conceived on the 15th of June.

My clear blue weeks indicator has been stuck on 2-3 since Tuesday

every post I’ve looked at, a few people have said that they know of people who never got the 3+. But every one I’ve clicked on, the person has gone onto say that they have miscarried

i don’t think my heart could handle another miscarriage

i am going to book a scan for next week as the doctors said they can’t do bloods for HCG and EPAU won’t see me unless I’m actually bleeding 😞

If you right and conceived on 15June that is just a little over 3 weeks ago so the 2-3 weeks is still within the window of where you are at.

These clearblue tests measure from conception not from the date of your last period so this is where the discrepancy could be. Also, CB states this test is 93% accurate so there is also room for error within that.

Personally, I didn’t continue to test after my positive as that was just too much anxiety.

why did the docs say they won’t do a blood test for you?

When I was incredibly anxious in my previous pregnancy I did lie to EPU and say I had had some spotting when I hadn't, and they then gave me a scan. I did end up miscarrying and I am SO glad I did that so that I found out as soon as the baby stopped developing. I wouldn't worry too much about the 3+ week thing but if you are extremely anxious I do think worth trying to get a scan. Equally you could get one done privately if you have the funds. They usually have same day appointments.

I conceived too on 14/15 June. After a Mmc and miscariage surgery in may. I only tested once with cb and then didn’t test again. I went for a private scan on Sunday and they said I’m 5 weeks 4 days. So I’m growing a little ahead. I’d defo recommend an early scan it’s help me relax a little for now. It’s best done internally so they can see more. We saw a heart beat too x
