Sickness worse at 12 weeks

The first few weeks of my pregnancy I was really nauseous all the time, I hadn’t actually thrown up but felt like I was about to all the time.
Last weekend I threw up after eating for the first time which I put down to altitude as we were driving through mountains. But yesterday I had my 12 week scan which put me at 12+3 and am now not able to keep anything down. Thinking about food brings my nausea back, I had one chicken nugget last night before bringing it back up halfway through eating a second. This morning ate some cereal (usual safe food) which lasted two minutes before coming back up, and my cup of tea has also just been thrown up.

Everyone said it’s meant to get better at 12 weeks not worse?

I was told that up to 12 weeks is the worst . And magically it did pass at 13 weeks. Only thing I could keep down was ginger ale and crackers . Here's hoping it will soon pass for you .
