Feeling the constant urge to pee after using exercise ball?

Hey guys, I’m 37 weeks pregnant and today I started using an exercise ball, just gently bouncing on it and rocking from side to side. I probably used it for an hour during the day and since then, I feel like I need to pee every 20 mins. Is this normal? I literally drink one sip of water and then feel like I need to pee, and obviously only a few drops of pee come out because I’m going so often. I’ve started using the ball to stay fit and also to try and induce labor naturally, I’ve just started walking and using the ball today, nothing else. As I really don’t want a hospital induction. But is this normal, to feel like I need to pee all the time? I remember with DS1 I felt like I needed to pee a lot too in my third trimester but he was breech and everything felt so different. This baby is head down but he wasn’t engaged 2 days ago although he was quite low.

Thank you! It’s weird though because the constant urge to pee just started after I started using the exercise ball.

Could it be a UTI? May be worth getting your urine dipped as it's normal to have the urge to wee all the time

Oh I hope not! I’ll ask my midwife but I texted her today and she said it sounds like baby is starting to engage. I feel a lot of pressure now too when I’m walking. I really hope it’s baby starting to engage.
