Oh I really feel for you, my second pregnancy hit me like a tonne of bricks! Are you being physically sick or just feeling nauseas? I was never actually sick second time around but felt so so sick in my first trimester. The only food I could stomach was a baked potato with a bit of butter and salt and pepper. It was a real lifesaver and stopped me from getting a totally empty stomach and I always felt better for having it. Worth a try if you can stomach something xx

White bread toasted with butter and marmite, kept me going.

Sipping sparkling water helped a bit for me. Also ready salted Pringles and squares! I really hope you start to feel better soon.

Get some of those travel sickness bands from Boots as they were recommended to me by a doctor as they work on pressure points.
i had bad sickness and could only eat a little thing regularly as a whole meal would make me throw up.
also ice lollies are great as they melt slowly whilst eating them but not creamy ones just the fruit juice ones .
dry things too like rich tea biscuits and plain rice cakes can be good too.

Medication! I have had awful nausea with my second pregnancy (25 weeks and still going) but medication helps it to be manageable. My GP was really supportive- started me on cyclizine which I didn’t get on with and am now on xonvea which has helped so much. Need to stay on top of the dose (a late or missed tablet and I feel horrendous again) but it genuinely was life changing

I spoke to my midwife and she said wait till 12 weeks sometimes it goes away after then. I have 2 weeks to go so if it’s still there I will definitely ask for some medication for sure

Definitely consider medication - I've just hit second trimester, for weeks 6-12 I was so nauseated all the time without them that I couldn't function (and throwing up occasionally). Now I don't feel as sick, but for the last 10 days or so if I don't take a dose I throw up 🤦 so still on them. Don't know what I'd have done without them!

Don't let your stomach get empty. Feels counterintuitive I know. But a pack of digestive biscuits by the bed and have one every time you wake up in the night. Good luck!

Don't feel like you need to hold off! You also have to get an appointment and then get the prescription, I'd say go sooner, why punish yourself when there might be a good solution. For a lot of women it doesn't ease off for another few weeks after 12 weeks and for some it unfortunately sticks around all pregnancy. Please don't suffer needlessly.

I would say go to your GP. There are lots of medicines you can take for extreme nausea- I had to try about three until I found one that worked.
I also got unreasonably annoyed with people telling me to try ginger as, though well intentioned, it just made me feel like they weren’t understanding how bad it was - I wasn’t just feeling a little bit sick, it was debilitating right up until about 24 weeks.
