6 weeks and a few days Tummy ache

Hi

I am just over 6 weeks pregnant, scan shows a lovely baby and heartbeat.
I have been having a lot of tummy ache not really pain just aching. Like light period pains. I also have brown discharge which only really appears after having my progesterone. but conscious it’s there at all.
is this normal? Has anyone else had this and been ok? A scan is lovely but only helpful at that very point.
having suffered previous losses just wanted a bit of reassurance or a reality check. So very nervous and anxious x

In my successful pregnancy I had lots of cramps and tummy aches, around this time, whilst the uterus stretches out and makes room for the baby.

In my miscarriage (MMC) I had no pain at all - I take the tummy pain as a good sign!
