I’ve been testing positive since 6DP5DT but my test lines don’t seem to be getting any darker! Has anyone experienced this and what was your outcome? All tests were FMU

Hey, I just saw this and saw that you hadn't had any replies. These are what mine looked when I had a chemical pregnancy. Although I have seen cases of them getting stronger and everything was fine.

Have you done any more tests since then?

These tests do show lighter lines. Order some first response pink dye ones from Amazon and the lines are better x

Sorry I'm not familiar with the dp5dt terms, but I started testing at 12dpo with those easy@home strips and they took ages to get darker in comparison to other tests like FRERs and some other stick tests off Amazon.

I’ve also been taking FRER every other day but again these got slightly darker and now are staying roughly the same (bit of variation with hydration). They’ve been positive for 10 days now and I still don’t know whether I’m okay or not! Never had this before! I’m going to take a digital on Monday/Tuesday when I should be 5 weeks and see what that says.

What happened with this OP?

Holly171994 · 11/08/2025 19:54

Hiya,
Unfortunately this ended up being a chemical pregnancy

I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm in a similar situation
