Really struggling with this hot weather

Where in the country are you OP?

North east

Thought you would say London! What is it where you are, around 20 or so? Not too bad really?

I'm finding it really hard too . 😪 Feeling sick and dizzy is now a regular occurance. Hopefully it passes soon 💕

I gave birth to my youngest during a heatwave. All I wanted was a fan. Sod the pain relief, just give me a fan! Being pregnant in the warmer weather is tough.

How far along are you OP?
Im 21 weeks tomorrow and thankfully its started cooling down, i know its going to get warmer though.

I have a little fan at my desk at work and a neck fan, i cant tell you how beautoful its been to sit with both on me i look strange but everyone just goes 'you poor thing.. pregnancy and heat is horrendous!'😅

Why write this? Seems so odd.if the poster is struggling this just isn’t helpful or necessary

OP I’m due next month I bought a handheld fan with water mist, I was lucky and got an air con machine for the bedroom, when it was 30+ c I told work I’ll be working from home
Do not spend anytime outside if you can help it
soak towels in cold ice water and then use them

Yeah it’s absolutely 💩 I feel you. And why toddlers won’t just, you know, not be toddlers during daylight hours so you can sit and find ways to survive the heat I do not know. It’s like they want us to die.
