Confused by oPK chart!

I believe I am about 5dpo today… had a m/c last month at 5w2d…. I have been tracking my OPKs and I’m very confused by it. I thought I ovulated on the 28th as I’ve never had one that strong before, so started taking progesterone and heparin blood thinners as I have APS and a history of recurrent miscarriage. I have now had a 0.89 oPK which is usually as high as mine goes, I’ve also had some really strong right sided sharp pain in my ovary…. I’m so confused at what could be going on, anyone had anything like this before? Thanks!

Honestly think it's impossible to say! Could just be your body failed to ovulate the first time and is now trying again. Some people's LH rises again like this a bit before their period, so could be that. These tests can pick up HCG but I'd think 5dpo would be too early as implantation doesn't usually happen until 6dpo onwards!

If you have to take certain meds after ovulation it would be best to track your BBT, then combined with the OPKs you can pretty much confirm when ovulation occurred 👍
