I am 16 weeks pregnant and I think my hernia from my last pregnancy is back. It never strangulated before, and it's not painful except a bit uncomfortable when I push it in. But I'm scared that it's only going to get worse as the pregnancy progresses and my belly gets bigger. I had bad DR in previous pregnancies that I did a lot of physio to repair, but it's come straight back. Did anyone have this and how did you manage it? Did you have to be really careful with lifting, putting any pressure on your abs etc? I'm so worried how I am gonna get through the rest of the pregnancy and avoid the risk of it strangulating.
