Lightning crotch - 1st trimester?!

Im only 8 weeks pregnant with my second child but have today been experiencing horrible lightning crotch. I did have it with my first child but only sporadically and from 30+ weeks.
I did have a birth injury and was under the pelvic floor team for a while.
Have already had an early scan with this one and all looked good so that rules our ectopic etc.
Just obviously uncomfortable, and of course worried about the worst! Has anyone else experienced this? TIA

I had it a lot in the first trimester, to the point where it made its way into my dream and woke me up 😅 then it seemed to go for a while and now it's back (currently 33 weeks). When I inevitably Googled symptoms with it, what I found seemed to think it was normal. Obviously seek medical support if you're worried e.g. it's very painful!
