I am abroad currently and was 3 days late when did my first test. Then did second test and todays is a lot lighter and my minds gone into overdrive. I have no bleeding no bad pains other than cronic constipation i get sharp pain thats followed by going to the toliet for 1/2 pebbles and lots of gas then the pain goes. These are very cheap turkish tests but i had a chemical last month and i feel stressed.

I don't think lines strength really means anything. Congratulations and step away from taking more tests!

It does

Firstsipofcoffee · 01/07/2025 08:46

I would buy another brand test op

Firstsipofcoffee · 01/07/2025 08:47

Even the lighter one is still fairly strong

It's hard to know without knowing the quality of these tests. And what level of hcg they are measuring. I think you might just need to wait this one out until back home and tests then. Fingers crossed for you

Yes, I would want to test with another brand if you can get your hands on one.
I had a Chemical last cycle too.. you realise after having this type of loss that lines getting faint really does matter @Echobelly

Good luck @abbtighe

I think it is a concern to be honest. Having said that, my friend had an early miscarriage recently and her pregnancy test lines were very dark. I don't think the constipation and gas pains are anything to worry about. Maybe you could arrange a private reassurance scan for when you would be around 8 weeks? In the meantime you could retest on a more reliable brand such as First Response and see if they give you better results.
