37+5 today, STM, and by late afternoon my feet have started swelling the last two days. Is it just because of the heat? My older one was born in August and I never had swollen fingers or feet then. But this time around it's really taken me by surprise. It's quite annoying because im quite active, go for walks, average 6-7k steps per day. And now with swollen feet i can't wear any closed footwear and even walking is uncomfortable.
Any suggestions on what could help? Thanks !
