Anxiety as tests not moving up

I’m really confused after 2 miscarriages in the past, I have finally got pregnant using Letrozol. My last period was 18/5/25 I found out I’m pregnant on 15th June, it was showing 1/2 weeks. Fast forward 2 weeks later I have done another digital and it is still saying 1/2 weeks. I have had bloods done and first hcg was 141 second bloods done 48 hours later was 234 showing in around 4 weeks pregnant also when they did a scan it also showed some fluid which the sonographer pointed out is normal when 3/4 weeks pregnant prior to gestational sac developing. I’m really worried has anybody else had a successful pregnancy with slow rising Hcg and weeks indicator tests not moving up? I have my first scan next week and extremely anxious.

I know it’s really hard especially when you are anxious, I’ve been there but the only advice I have is to step away from the tests. The week’s indicator ones aren’t really good at all, mine took a while to progress and I’m 30 weeks now. We didn’t see much on the scan until 6/7 weeks. Sending lots of love xx

thanks for the reassurance, when did you get your 2/3 weeks on clear blue was it when you was around 6:7 weeks? my hcg are rising by 66% but not doubling. I’m just extremely anxious, due to have a scan next week but not sure if I’ll see anything.
