Hormonal pregnancy skin

Hi everyone, can anyone recommend a product please?
My pregnancy skin spots are awful, it happened with my first pregnancy and I know it goes away, but it's all over my chest, and I don't want to show myself in a bra or bikini!
It's the redness really, does anyone have anything that will calm it down?

I was prescribed zineryt before pregnancy do chest and back acne and it makes a huge difference to me after a few days. It’s safe to use in pregnancy too so might be worth asking your gp about x
