Very, very late onset PGP or early stage of labour? 🤔

Been having a lot of miserable aches and pains today under my bump, around my hips and pelvis. They're very bearable without paracetamol but not very fun. I'm 40+4 (🥲).

I did go for a bit of a walk yesterday and the day before so very possible that I've overdone it.

But I wondered if anyone had this as an early sign of labour? I haven't had PGP before but the symptoms sound pretty similar.

(Maybe I'm getting desperate for signs of labour! Still no waters or mucus plug, nesting, bowel movements, Braxton Hicks or any of it...)

If it's a pain in a u shape under your bump that feels like period pains I'd say labour. If it's literally in your hips I'd say that is just overdoing it with loose preggo joints. But either way, it's not long until you meet your little one. Although I appreciate time stands still in late pregnancy!

Wait for the mucus plug. Baby might be getting ready and engaging which causes PGP type pains. When you start labour, you will know.
