Mental health pregnancy

I'm looking for others in a similar situation.

I'm starting to struggle with my mental health in pregnancy. I'm bipolar and pregnancy and the perinatal period is a big risk factor for mental health relapse. I developed severe depression and psychosis after having my daughter and had an admission to a mother and baby unit. It took time to recover but when I was able to manage the ebbs and flows of life without my mental health suffering we decided to try again.
I went on to have two miscarriages but am now 26 weeks pregnant. I was made redundant at 7 weeks so have been out of work since February which has been tough at times but mostly was managing well. The last few weeks I've started to feel quite flat and over the last week I'd say it's started to tip into depression. I had an appointment with my cmht psychiatrist this week but she's not the most empathetic and I came away feeling worse. I have my initial assessment with the perinatal mental health team next week and I am hoping that they take me on. I have the contact details for the mental health midwives but not sure when to reach out to them.
I'm just feeling quite lost and alone right now. It's not helped by me spending most of the day by myself just with my own thoughts. My daughter is in school and my partner works.
