Hi all,

I have a beautiful 2 year old and I had a MMC at 10 weeks at the end of February this year.

I got a positive pregnancy test and a clearblue around a week or so ago and it said 1 - 2 weeks pregnant.

This morning I've woken up with a constipated stomach and went toilet. As I wiped it looked like this. Would you say this was pink and implantation bleeding?

I'm so worried. Any advice is appreciated 💕

I think implantation bleeding would have happened before your positive test, not a week after.
Take fybogel for the constipation, it’s safe to use in pregnancy. Bleeding doesn’t always mean the worst though, although I know it must be hard not to worry. I’m sorry for your loss, I hope all turns out okay for this pregnancy.

Sorry to hear about your loss. I’m not sure about implantation bleeding but I had bleeding in early pregnancy following a mmc and everything was fine. I would monitor it and give the epu a ring if it lasts for a while or gets worse. The epu offered me a scan and were lovely.

@NotAntisocialJustSelectivelySocial thank you so much for your reply. Since having the MMC my brain goes to the worst and I'm a wreck! With my son I was so casual about everything, I didn't worry at all!

I've just been back to the toilet and nothing on the tissue paper. I'll keep an eye and see how it goes. I know this can be normal in early pregnancy.

With my MMC I had an awful upset stomach throughout and lots of brown discharge that then developed into bleeding. Fingers crossed this pregnancy sticks x

@LauraP94 so sorry to hear about your previous miscarriage. I'll keep an eye 🙂 tbh I am avoiding epu like the plague. I didn't have a good experience and had multiple internal scans and it has scarred me since the MMC.

I was wondering if it had to do with implantation due to this sort of time when I went EPU they couldn't see the baby or sac until a few weeks later when I went back. But yeah if it gets heavy I'll contact them x
