Travel Sickness - 13 Weeks pregnant

Hi, I'm 13 weeks + 1, and travelling on Friday.
I have emetophobia so have always taken a travel sickness tablet when going on the plane, as it gives me peace of mind. But now that I'm pregnant I was wondering are there any travel sickness tablets I can buy over the counter that are considered safe? I would just need one for the plane over, and one for the plane back home
Thank you 😊

Also emetophobic and I think Phenargan should be ok? It's approved for morning sickness so should be fine to take while travelling. It makes you incredibly sleepy though
