34 week scan dilated bowel

Just looking for some reassurance from anyone who may have been in same position.

Had a planned growth scan at 34+2 and baby was found to have dilated bowel (this was not seen at previous scans including 30+2 growth scan)

Been referred to fetal medicine for a scan but I’m just sick with worry now so just wanted to know if anyone has been in this position?
