I'm a FTM, I'm 22 weeks 6 days today, and I've felt nauseous throughout the day, the last hour or so I've had sharp cramps, so bad I cried, at the top of my bump. Is this normal?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I'd recommend contacting your midwife/consultant for advice. Could just be baby moving around and kicking you (they do that and it hurts) but better to be on the cautious side. No doctor/nurse will ever blame you for being over cautious.

I’m 21 weeks 4 days and just had my tea the top of my bump feels so stretched and tight baby’s doing summersaults inside . Hopefully the discomfort is baby banging about / round ligament rain . I have an anterior placenta so might be why baby’s kicks are very uncomfortable x id get checked thou if its being u to tears x
