Normal discharge or not ?

Hi I'm 22 weeks pregnant and I went to the toilet and this came out sorry for the tmi I'm not sure if it's normal discharge or cause for concern I rang the maternity unit and they say to just monitor it but in stressing

Hiya I had similar and put it down to being the mucus plug that can shed and regenerate itself

Also had this and they tested me for vaginosis but was negative.
