Hi guys, I am 10 weeks pregnant. I have a strong meat aversion.have to leg it whenever meat is being cooked. I was wondering if anyone else is so tired. Like I'm either nibbling on food throughout the day or sleeping. Feels as though I'm not doing much else apart from those two.

1st trimester was the worst for me as I was so sick and tired. I would fall asleep on the sofa as soon as I got home from work. Also had aversion to coffee so couldn’t even have one! I will say it got better around week 14 and by week 16 I had my energy back. You do get tired again at the end but at least at that stage you know the end is in sight! For me nothing beats the 1st trimester tiredness even newborn stage I found easier!

The first trimester is the most horrible trimester ever.

I felt your pain, i couldnt be around raw or cooking and cooked meat, as it would make me so nauseous! And the tiredness absolutely wiped me out. Im 19 weeks and i feel 1000% better. Im able to cook without retching and i only sometimes need a nap during the day all depends on what ive done! Where as before i had to nap regardless of whether i was doing something or just laying on the sofa.
And still managed to sleep at 730 all the way through to 6am and i still woke up tired😅

Mine started to change from around 16 weeks, i always thought as soon as i hit 12 weeks on the dot id be full of energy! It doesnt work like that, it just started easing and got better by 16 weeks!
You've got this and congratulations x
