Hot water bottle

I'm in my first trimester and have been getting pelvic girdle pain. It is agony on my right hip on my lower back and a hot water bottle is the only thing that relieved it. I used one a few times last week when I was in week6/7. But now I am feaking out that I have harmed the baby. It was on my lower back. I used it once a day before bed because it hurt most at night. One night I woke up on top of it. Obviously they cool down but it was hot at first. I used it with a cover over my PJ bottoms, which are thin. This has been a very difficult process and I'm so worried that I've made some massive mistake I'll regret forever. Any reassurance?

I'd think it's okay to use on your back but avoid using on your abdomen. And just remove it before falling asleep 👍

I used one throughout both of my pregnancies and was told it was fine as long as it’s not direct contact and with a cover
