So… recently I’ve found out I’m pregnant.
It’s been 16 years since I had my last baby and I’m not going to lie I’m terrified.
It’s very early I’m only around 4/5 weeks and found out much later with my previous pregnancies.
I can’t remember what’s normal and what’s not , I’ve been getting the weirdest twinges in lower abdomen and just genuinely can’t help but worry, they’re not painful but I can’t remember if I had these before as it was soo long ago.
Finding out so early is hard as I’m desperate to tell family and friends but want to wait until I know everything’s okay.
When do you start to feel pregnant because at the moment I don’t feel any different.

Totally normal to have twinges and pulling sensations.
I didn't feel pregnant until I got a bump (earlier with the second than the first)....just had some nausea and bloating and was soooo tired in the evenings.

I waited as usual until after my 12 week scan to tell anyone but it's your choice!
