Implantation? Clots?

My husband and I are trying for baby number two the last four days. I’ve had no premenstrual symptoms and I’m supposed to start my period today. I have some very very mild cramping. Maybe not even cramping. It feels just like a pulling sensation and a lower back ache, but I’ve been doing a lot of work around the house so that could be it too. I peed one out yesterday and another today and every once in a while when I wipe I’ll see the light pink on the toilet paper. Negative pregnancy test today.

If you've been trying to conceive only the last four days as you write, and your period is due today, you've most likely missed your fertile period. Try tracking ovulation with LH test strips or just having sex every 2 days throughout your cycle.

By all means do a repeat pregnancy test in 2 days if your period hasn't arrived 👍

That doesn’t guarantee a pregnancy sadly.

Many people try to conceive for months and years. The only thing you can do is buy some ovulation cheap test strips, use them to help you have sex on the right day (the day before ovulation is more preferable than the day of). And make some diet, lifestyle and supplement changes to support your chances. I recommend ‘it starts with the egg’ book.
