Visible movement on stomach ??

Hello , I’m just looking to see if anyone has experienced anything similar or has any advice. Lot of things to explain but will try do it as minimal words as possible lol. Over the past year I’ve been losing weight lost around 6 stone so I’m quite slim , for the past 5+ years I’ve struggled with ‘lazy bowels’ however this is not accompanied with any other red flag symptoms other than slight bloating. Anyways , I’ve noticed probably over the past month or so I can see visible movement in my stomach , as if there was a baby in there. I’m 19 month post partum. I do sometimes feel the odd flutter but when I’m actually seeing the movement I don’t feel it. It’s movement sort of all over my lower abdomen not just a small area. Now the chances of being pregnant I’d say we’re slim as I’ve had my usual period every month and have no pregnancy symptoms. But I’m just curious as to what this could be ??? As for my lazy bowels I do often hear my stomach making loud noises and stuff but could it be I can somehow see my insides just moving around on there own ??

I had phantom flutters for a while post partum.
But do a test!!!!

Thanks so much for your reply. Do you think it’s classed as a flutter tho as it’s not really flutters that I feel on the inside it’s actually so visible to see on the outside ? I have done a few tests actually cos I’ve been scared it could be what they call a cryptic pregnancy lol but theve been negative. Sooo unsure what causes it 🤣

You say you have lost a lot of weight, my guess would be the movements you see are the normal workings of your intestines and bowels. Obviously more prominent due to the big weight loss. I’m very slim, and I often feel flutters and sometimes although rarely, I see them too. Just the normal workings of my digestive system. If you have ruled out pregnancy, that would be my best guess. Well done on the weight loss.

It is very strange I mean if you've done tests to rule out actual pregnancy then hopefully its nothing untoward just all your organs moving back into place :)

Since having a baby 5 years ago this happens to me. I sometimes see (and feel) movements of my intestines which is very strange! My husband can feel them too. It's rather like when he used to feel our baby's kicks, but this is my poo moving about instead 😂.
I am slim and always have been, but didn't have this before pregnancy. My theory is that the arrangements of my internal organs must have been shifted, and probably the musculature on my stomach weakened, which is why the intestines can now pop out more.
