Hcg levels dropped then rose again

Hello, I need some help I’m confused. So I went for a scan and there was nothing there my hcg levels were 263 2 days later they dropped to 181 but then rose again to 243 and they’ve now got me back in for another scan tomorrow and more bloods. But iv also been bleeding for the last 20 days so I’m confused.

I’m so sorry this is happening, how far along are you?
unfortunately this happened to me, and I ended up having an Ectopic pregnancy. I’m not saying this will be your case but unfortunately for me, this was the case x

I also didn’t experience any pain until after my Methotrexate injection. They may talk about this as a possible next step at your next appointment. The only symptom I had was bleeding x

Yeah iv been bleeding 20 days straight now but im back in tomorrow for a scan and more bloods x

Hello, I’m really sorry to hear what your going through but it sounds exactly like my situation two weeks ago and I am just over a week post surgery for Ectopic Pregnancy, I also had no symptoms and I was 9 weeks. No pain, no bleeding didn’t have any pain until I woke up from surgery.

I was too early but the scan I had yesterday showed a left sided tube eptopic pregnancy I have to go back tomorrow for the injection. But before they do I’m going to request another scan to be 100% sure it’s ectopic because I feel the scan was rushed. But from what I saw on the scan there is no baby in the uterus there is a baby in my left tube but stopped growing it hasn’t got a heart beat xxx
