Utrogestan stomach pain 4 weeks pregnant

Hi

I am really nervous due to previous CP x 2 and MMC. My tests are really dark at 13dpo and shown good progression.

today I have had stomach pain across my entire tummy which is so noticeable and most of the day I have had to take 2 paracetamol. . Could this be a side effect of the utrogestan?

Are you taken the progesterone orally?

Ah okay, I had stomach problems when I took them orally. Promptly switched to using them vaginally! Digestive issues are common in pregnancy, but I've never had to take painkillers....was always more like bloating pain.

I had progesterone Passaries for months in pregnancy and used to get this a lot. It’s just the hormones. I hope you are lying down with your feet up for the night once you have them though? Baby aspirin or very low dose aspirin also massively helps done not miscarry my now teenager :)

Thank you yes when I have it at night I am relaxed but the morning dose is a pain. I have to get up for work at 5 so been setting my alarm at 4 to get them in and at least have an hour before getting up. Touch wood I haven’t had bad cramps since that day. I’m hoping it was just normal. Xxxx
