So anxious about 12 week scan

Feeling so anxious and nervous for 12 week scan tomorrow, currently pregnant after a missed miscarriage in October and then a miscarriage in March, after which we got pregnant straight away with this baby.
We had an early scan due to previous loses at 8 weeks and baby was measuring right on track with a strong heartbeat, that really reassured us but now it’s been 4 weeks and a few days ago we had some very light spotting which was just there the once when I wiped. EPU weren’t concerned and just said to wait for the scan. I’m really fearing the scan as due to previous loss we haven’t really ever had a positive experience.
Just needed to vent my emotions as no one else knows apart from my husband and I!

@ThatKookyDreameroh wishing you the best of luck, it’s so promising everything looked great at the 8 week scan. How have your symptoms been since other than spotting? I feel your pain I have had a MMC in the past and seeing a heartbeat early and then going on not later on down the line is the worst! X

I can totally understand the anxiety. I'm due my 20 week and even though I can feel kicks and wiggles every day for the past 6 weeks I still have nerves, think I always will.
I had two mmc,got pregnant straight away and then ended up heavily bleeding again. She's now 6 years old.
Likewise in this current pregnancy (following a mmc in October also) I've had a few episodes of spotting during the 1st trimester, it was always jist before scans too and everytime baby was fine.
The only thing you can control is reducing the negative thoughts (harder said than done and takes lots of practice) but other than that the outcome of the scans are far out of our control. Fingers crossed tomorrow for you @ThatKookyDreamer😊
