Sorry boobs! Shouldn’t they feel different now?

Different how ?

ecossegirl91 · 15/06/2025 10:00

in my first pregnancy my boobs, other than being larger, felt normal.
this time around I’m 39 weeks and they are so sore and sensitive!
i wouldn’t worry about it!

At 38 weeks I didn’t even feel pregnant anymore, was the best I felt all pregnancy, she came a few days later

Your milk won't come in until around 3 days after the baby is born, if that's what you're referring to/expecting to cause your boobs to feel different. The first feeds your baby gets will be colustrum. I gave birth just over a week ago and my boobs have only started to feel achy and full thanks to milk production in the past 48 hours or so.

Same! I'm due next week and my boobs are literally the same size and shape as they were before (although my band size is bigger 🤨). They haven't hurt the whole time 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ohhhh don't worry, they'll feel very different when your milk comes in!
