29 week scan should I be worried?

Hi ladies! I had a private 4d scan last week although baby had his back turned so we were asked to come back a week later for a rescan.
We went in today, and the sonographer seemed really concerned as he is very low. My bump has dropped over the last week or so, and I do have a lot of lighting crotch / pains in my behind (tmi sorry). There is a lot of pressure as well.
her exact words were, ‘he should not be this low down this early and I am scared incase he is planning something, either that or he’s just ‘comfy’. But her concern was that he’s very low down in the pelvis (where she was scanning seemed very much like she was having to press on my pubic bone).
she told me to keep an eye on this but didn’t have much more advice / information other than to rest.

should I be worried about how far down he is this early or has she just put the fear into me for no reason☹️?

thanks in advance

I'm not sure but my baby has been head down low at every scan and I'm 30 weeks now. Just had a growth scan a few days ago and they didn't comment on her position at all!
I also get the pressure feeling when she's really wriggled down there. They still shift positions a lot

My first baby was so low at her 20 weeks scan they couldn’t get a head measurement, they rescanned at 22 weeks- same. Each growth scan too low for head measurements even with tilting the bed and all the tricks. She came at 41 weeks.
Of you are worried about the symptoms you are having do speak to your midwife/ fetal health.

From what I remember in my last pregnancy, the midwife said they can move up and down quite a bit- doesn’t mean they’ll stay engaged. Speak with your midwife if worried but in itself it wouldn’t worry me. Also, ‘he’s’ not planning anything- strange way for her to talk about a baby!

At my 20 week scan baby’s head was right down on my cervix. Doctor made no comment on that and said everything looks perfect.

Was it a medical 4d scan foetal medicine unit? or a private one to get a photo? What foetal medicine qualifications did sonograper have ? Did an obstetrics qualified person check the scan?
Go get checked properly foetal medical unit if you concerned

I agree with crocodilesandwich, it is a very strange way to talk about a baby! I would speak to your midwife about the scan and your concerns
