Yup. Had it really bad for about the last 12 weeks - it was waking me up in the night from the pain and all day my hands are numb/weak/tingling. I have found that wearing wrist splints really helps! Now it doesn’t cause me actual pain it’s just still numb/weak hands which are very annoying.

It’s awful. Truly awful.

Wear the splints at night. They help.

There's probably an angle that sets if off. Might be wrists bent forward or backwards, but one is probably worse than the other so try holding hand bent in each position for a few minutes and see which it is for you. You can them avoid that wrist position.

Massaging over the carpal tunnel point with ice can help.

You have my sympathy. I had it in my first pregnancy and it lasted for about a month after I had the baby. I sometimes struggled to lift her out of her next to me crib in the night!

Thankfully I didn’t get it at all in my next pregnancy, I was worried about it the whole time.

Mine is when I bend my wrists or elbows in one position for too long. I figured out a sleeping position where my arms are straight and that's stopped the numbness entirely. Also YouTube exercises to untrap nerves along the neck and all the way down the arms, then do those exercises religiously each night - that also really helps.
