I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if it turned out to be anything. For some background I'm pregnant for the 4th time with my 3rd baby, I'm 28 weeks on Sunday, I have high blood pressure that started rising at 26 weeks and am on medication, I've been diagnosed with gestational diabetes about the same time too which is diet controlled, both of which I never had in my previous pregnancies. I've had 3 episodes or reduced movement which I have gone in for every time and they listened with the Doppler and said all was fine, baby usually moves all day and night but has had a few random days where she's not moved at all. Now on to whats actually concerning me, I've been having what I can only describe as really bad period cramps every single day for about 4 weeks, I've had 3 cervical checks and I'm just 1cm which they aren't concerned about as I've already had 2 vaginal births so they think that's my constant state, 3 swabs for infections and 2 amniotic fluid tests (I didn't think my waters had gone but they were just being safe) all of which are clear. I've had a few contractions over those 4 weeks but never more than 2-3 a day and not really bad ones, the midwives and doctors just can't work out what's going on or why this is happening but it's awful, I'm in pain so often and it's getting to me. I do have a scan in 3 days to check everything looks okay on that but I wanted to know if anyone else has had this or if there's any other tests I should be asking for, it doesn't feel like stretching pain or ligament pain or anything like that, I never had it with my previous full term pregnancies and I'm concerned I'm going to eventually go into preterm labour and if not that I'm just gonna be in pain for the next few months. Thank you if you've read all this and any input or experiences would be great.
