So I’m 36 weeks pregnant and the whole pregnancy has been on the big side. Today he’s measuring 7lbs 7 and 3 weeks ahead on his measurements
On top of that my mental health has been awful the whole time
I really want an induction at 38 weeks to prevent a section
is this something anyone had experience with ?
thanks in advance

38 weeks is really quite early. He could easily stay in another month. I was induced at 38+2 due to no growth as it was safer for her to be out than in, but scans for big babies are much less accurate than for small babies (as the measurements get distorted when they are bigger) so you could be dragging him out well before he's ready. Best of luck to you though, as late pregnancy is when time stands still 🥴
