Hello! Looking for a bit of reassurance. I’m 5 weeks pregnant today and apart from tender boobs I have no symptoms! I did feels cramping a few weeks ago. I am overthinking that something is wrong and can’t shift the feeling.
did anyone else have no symptoms at this stage and how was early scan if you had one ?

thanks ladies!

@Bubblesbritt it's totally normal for symptoms to start later, or come and go. A lot of women don't have any symptoms at all at 5 weeks except missing their period so try not to worry x

Those early weeks before you see your baby on a scan are always difficult I think. It’s almost as if you can’t quite believe it and need to actually see something on a scan. I think it’s perfectly normal to feel like this. My daughter is a bit further along than you and she’s not having any symptoms either. Try not to worry 💐

I have a scan booked for 7 weeks but I’m just thinking omg hurry up! Thank you so much for the reassurance!! Really appreciate it. Xx

It’s normal for some. I had little to no symptoms with my first. I’d had sore boobs for a few days around 6wks and that was it. All very normal to not feel pregnant at all. I had some spotting around 7wks but that was it. I didn’t get a scan until 12wks and still didn’t feel pregnant. All was fine.

I had only put on 3lbs by 20wks too but was very slim. I put on most of the weight in the third trimester.

It’s normal to worry and question things. Hope it all goes well for you x

It's very normal not to have symptoms at 5 weeks. My morning sickness, exhaustion etc only hit around 7 weeks. I know it can be so stressful in the early weeks 💕

I didn’t have any symptoms and only tested at 6 weeks anyway and didn’t really feel my pregnancy until much later.

I know I am older , but when I was having my babies there weren’t any pregnancy tests . You had to wait until you had missed 2 periods . Then you could have a blood test to confirm, it took about a week to 10 days for the results to come back , by that time you knew for sure you were almost 3 months into your pregnancy .
