think i got SPD in my fanjo as i had it on my bum very severe but now i can only feel now and again - thanks to my physio. i last did my exercise last monday but since yesterday whenever i stand up or walk, my fanjo feels achy.

Does that mean im falling apart or baby may come early???

biglips - it's probably the spd back again - you need to do the exercises regularly.

Good luck - I had it with both of my successful pregnancies - it's no fun at all!

That is exactly where I had it biglips. It was awful because I wanted to put my hand on the source of the pain to try to ease it, but of course you can't go round holding your fanjo in public!

It did not mean my baby came early, I'm afraid. I did end up on crutches though.

Do the exercises twice a day and wear the girdle if they've given you one. My pain is in the hip and pubic bone. See an osteopath if you can afford to, find one with experience of treating pregnant women, it's a so worth it as I can now sleep and not cringe every time I take a step! Good luck.
