Measuring behind on reassurance scan, told no fetal pole but convinced i can see it!

Hi, i had a reassurance scan yesterday, according to my dates i was 6 + 1 but apparently i am measuring 5 weeks which doesn’t seem possible to me. I was told there is a gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole but when i look at my scan picture i am convinced i can see a fetal pole. It’s so confusing!

That circle to the right is the yolk sac. I don't see a fetal pole.

6+1 from your last period, and even if you test ovulation we have no idea when the egg actually implants.

are you going back in a week?

I can see something attached to the yolk sac, at the top, to the right.

Yes from the first day of my last period, yes that’s true. My cycles are normally very regular.

Going back in 2 weeks.

Any update on this please? In a similar situation

@Pennyroses i ended up having a missed miscarriage, apparently they never did see a fetal pole but i’m still convinced there was one in this photo.

@Lozzapoth85 yes in 2 weeks, when I went yesterday I thought I was 6+1 but they dated me at 5+5 and could only see gestational and yolk sac which they did say was normal for this stage but you see loads of posts on here where they've seen a heartbeat at that point! It's going to be a long two weeks to wait 😬🤞🏼
