If anyone has any advice I’m all ears!!! I’m 9 weeks pregnant and it started last week. I thought I got away with it this time, (2nd pregnancy). However it’s getting worse. Any tips or tricks welcomed please so I can enjoy my holiday would be an amazing help, thank you x

Travel/morning sickness acupressure wristbands, regular carb snacks, lots of water, ginger/ginger tea, mint/mint tea, avoid oily foods.

Rest. Overdoing it made me feel so much worse. I learned to control it with rest second time around.

Lots of rest, naps in the day whenever you need them. Eat little and often, don't let yourself get hungry as that makes morning sickness much worse. Eat according to what you want; don't try and force anything down. Listen to your cravings and aversions. Fresh air, relaxation, staying hydrated and keeping snacks (salted crackers, apples, whatever works for you) on hand at all times. Hope it subsides!
