More pelvic floor exercises. For instance when you stop at traffic lights, when you are mumsnetting, that will help remind you to do them. This problem is very common during pregnancy.

i was in th emiddle of sneezing and i felt it, and 4t of crappy!!!

You poor thing. I get bad hayfever and had this problem during both pregnancies .

I didn't find pelvic floor exercises stopped it (but do them anyway cause they did help hugely after the birth). I resorted to pantyliners and piriton.

....and another one bites the dust!

ive been told not to take piriton...so im on no medication.

I get this as well - feel like an old lady. I do think it's very common though
