Hiya,
I have just started tinzaparin injections and was taking them once a day but just realised my box says I should be taking them twice a day. Does anyone know whether these need to be spaced 12 hours apart? Or can I take one in the morning and one before bed?
My midwife is on holiday and I haven’t been told a lot about these injections!
